you would need to use one of the WordPress plugins like:
WPML
Polylang
Weglot
We have just made some improvements to the support of WPML and Polylang in regards to the GP Elements Modules, this is available in GP Premium 1.8 which you can test out by downloading from Account > Downloads on this site.
