Transfer license to client?

Hi there,
I'm new to GP and wanted to use it in a client project. Have agreed with the client to manage all purchases of themes and plugins and realize now that I should've asked them to buy it since I'm not sure this client will be a one time, or long-term, one.
In order to keep my own stuff separate from the client, is it possible to transfer my purchase (and the license) to the client before handing everything off?
