Trade and few other themes are not available in site library

Hello,
Trade and few other themes are not available in my site library. I am using GP theme 3.0.3 with GP Premium plugin 2.0.2
Please let me know if you need any information from my end.
Hi there,
some themes, like Trade are built using a Page Builder, in the Site Library theres a Page Builder select box, change that from None to see the specific sites.
