Topics not refreshing in the Cover Page

I am using the dispatch theme and the posts are not getting refreshed on the cover page.
there are 4 posts that are static and not moving out.
I checked the show posts for that page and updated the categories that need to be used for those different sections. Even then the post are not getting updated.
Hi Abdul,
Can you go to the WP show post lists plugin and find the list with ID 1275, go to More settings > Order, set it to Descend instead of Ascend.
