Top Strip with contact details

Hi guys,
Is it possible to recreate the top strip - which has an email and contact address like this link - in the SHOP theme? Visible in both desktop and mobile.

if you want to include the icons, then the simplest method is to use a Block Element:

And set its Hook to before_header
You can then create your own top bar with a GenerateBlocks Container and GB Buttons ( or headline ) for your links with icons.
