top menu bar missing + ++

Hi I just installed the premium plugin and i noticed that the top menu bar is no longer there. was it removed from one of the previous version?
Another issue i have is that my Footer is floating, I want it to stick at the bottom of my page.
Also, where is my footer widgets?
Lastly, i want to change the color off-canvas to white. I already made the changes but its not updating.
I want to give you access to my site but its not allowing me to create a new user witout an email address. please advice
