I don't find a way in the customization to add a top bar to my site. Can you tell me how, please?

Hi there,
go to Customizer > Widgets > Top Bar and add a widget to that area.
It will automatically display and then you will see other Top Bar options in the Customizer. eg. Colors > Top Bar.
