I want to edit the top bar so I can add a button and address and phone and email. I can't seem to figure out how to add these to the widget. I don't see options. I also want to add icons for the phone number and email address. But all I seem to be able to do is add the social icons. I am using Artisan template.

the best bet would be to remove the Theme Top Bar, and use a Block Element with the GenerateBlocks (GB) plugin to build your own top bar:

The GB plugins Headline Block and Buttons Block both allow you to add Icons.
If you use the Headline for your Phone Number, and a Buttons Block to add you list of social icons, you can disable the button text to just show the icon.
In the Block Element settings you can choose the Hook: before_header to add it in the Top Bar position.
