Hello Tom,
A question
I want to put a song on the web and not Start again when you change the page, I have the mp3 file out of my hosting to not load resources hosting, put an audio player on the top menu and visitors can stop playing if you want
possible or very difficult

Would definitely involve some custom programming - might be a question for a site like http://stackoverflow.com.
