Title/Tagline above logo

Somehow I can't manage to get the Title/Tagline above the site logo. Strange thing is, I did that before and one site running with and still can't duplicate it with Elements. I can only get the Title/Tagline on the side, but the logo is pretty much full width.
How can I fix that?

您好, there was a link to the original site where it looks good. I simply can't reproduce it and get only ugly results.

I am on a paid GP theme, so I have access to elements etc.
This is where I am stuck now:
I think it's easy to achieve with CSS, but I have to see your current site first.
