Title Tag Quick Question

I'm curious if there is a way to use all caps in a post title and but have the title tag in the browser tab and in Google results be in sentence case.
Hi there,
Enter your title normally (how you want to show on browser tab) then set the text transform property to uppercase for Heading 1 under Typography > Headings.

Unfortunately, it did not work. I put it on H1 and H2 and it isn't working. You can view the first post.

If you want them to show all upper case, then select upper case in the typography option instead of capitalize which is currently selected.
