Can you go to Appearance > Elements, and take a screenshot of all the elements you have?

It seems you have double block element assigned to pages.

From what I can tell, you have two block page hero that's adding the title.

You can identify the problem by disabling each of the block page hero.

Hi there,

in your Elements list you have 2x Block Elements titled:

Blog Header
Blog Page Header

Both of which are set to display on your Blog Page.
Quick Edit one of them and set the Status to Draft. Then clear your browser cache and recheck the page. If the correct one is displaying, you can delete the one you set to Draft
