Activated Twenty Twenty One, get a warning about GPP needing GP the active theme, and the issue still there:

What about this: the author field says 'admin': https://snipboard.io/xITgZ6.jpg
While my user name is mbijl.
Is that right? Or wrong?
Can you disable GP Premium for now?
Disabled GP Premium as well: https://snipboard.io/AdRx2C.jpg
No, that's just the screen name: https://snipboard.io/3rkKSn.jpg
Any chance you can check with WordPress support on this?
I haven't been able to replicate any of the issues on my clean install at all.
There shouldn't be any content showing underneath the post title.
The correct view should be the one when you login using the gp account.
How strange, isn't it?
Logging in with my admin account shows crap, logging in with your admin account shows right...
I'm not sure at checking with WP Support, where should I start?
Thinking about deleting my admin account, and continuing with yours; what do you think?
Found it! :-)
Detailed view versus compact view!

Glad to hear and thanks for sharing the solution!
I learned something too :)
No worries mate, thank you for the support and thinking with me! ;-)
What remains though, is the fact that GP Premium and/or the blog element seems to change something in the detailed view. Turned off, it shows something different than turned on.
Might be something for you/Tom to look at...
Cheers!
No problem :)
We will take a look.
