Title attribute for site logo still displays in GeneratePress 3.1.0

I understood from this forum request about alt text, link text and title attribute on the site logo that GeneratePress would fix the redundancies in GeneratePress 3.1.0.
From what I see on my site, the redundancy with the title attribute still exists. And I understood from the forum request that the site logo link would change to “[site title]: home”.
Am I missing something? Because it seems I'll still need to add a filter to remove the title attribute. And there's no default to site title: home for the alternative text.

I'll write up a GitHub issue and milestone it for 3.2.0 - can you share exactly what should be removed so we can make sure we get it right?

When you say 'milestone it for 3.2.0' what does that mean in weeks/months (best guess - not asking for a specific date)?

As 3.1.0 was just released, we're likely looking at a 2022 Q2 release for 3.2.0.
For this particular issue, it's very easy to remove the title attribute in a totally safe, update-proof way: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/need-to-remove-link-title-and-image-title-from-site-logo/#post-1536593
Not ideal, but good to have a solution for now. We will 100% get this added into 3.2.0.

Thank you for the follow-up message. Disappointed the changes were missed in the 3.1.0 version.
Glad to learn you're committed to making sure it will be added in 3.2.0.
As for specific changes, they're what Alicia described in her forum post you referenced.
- Remove image title attribute from logo
- Remove link title attribute from logo
- Include "Home" after logo alternative text attribute. Example: GeneratePress: Home.
