Timestamps from forms 7 hours in future

Hi,
Every time a form sends from my website to Google sheet and Streak CRM through Zapier, the entry gets timestamped for 7 hours in the future.
This is happening with Gravityforms now but I just changed from Ninjaforms last week. This was happening with Ninjaforms as well.
The form sends the correct time in the email notification.
I've set my timezone in WP gen settings.
Set my timezone in Zapier as well as Google Sheets.
I can't seem to find where it's getting mislabelled and hoping you have some insight.

Hi Jamie,
It may be that the timezone is not being saved properly or some other issue?
This shouldn’t be a theme related issue. Can you try reaching out to the support of either Forms plugins and see if they have any insight with regards to the cause of the issue?
Try clearing any caching mechanisms set in your website as well and see how it goes.
