Thumbnail Not Showing

Till yesterday i was able to see the thumbnails on Wordpress. But when i logged on today on the dashboard where it shows Recent Comments, Also on Profile Pictures the thumbnail pictures are stripped.
Can you please advice where to check and how to fix. Screenshot is in the box for more information.
I believe Generatepress uses the Wordpress login as well. I do not see the profile picture on Generatepress support page as well.

can you check in another browser.
It may be a browser caching issue or a browser extension interfering with it.
