Thoughts on design, please advise.

Hello everybody.
There is a website (link), repair of household appliances. We have been using the generatepress theme for a long time. We made the design ourselves, but I don’t like something. Advise what can be done? How to improve the site? Sorry that the site is in Russian. there is no one to ask for advice.
