Hello,
I have been using generatepress premium theme for a year already and today I decided to renew to receive all updates and supports. But, once I have paid the money, I received a receipt with a link to download the theme. I already have the theme installed from the last year, do I need to download the new one and install it again on my website?Customer Support
Hi there,
That email is autogenerated by our system on renewals the same as if it were a new purchase. So no need to download and install the plugin. Your existing plugin will continue to receive updates when available.
