Theme Options Disable Title, Disable Pagination seem to change on their own

Using GP Premium with WooCommerce, Elementor Pro and Toolset.

Header and Footer are Elementor Templates

Seems to happen most on archive pages with Toolset Layouts (theme options for the layout)

90-95% sure these settings have reverted to enable on layouts where I've set them to disable.

Wondering if this is happening on other sites or if it is something unique to our site.

Site is on Kinsta hosting so their caching could also be a factor.
