Theme Import failed

I'm having difficulty importing theme content like Crypto or anything built with the Element plugin. It says Importing content for a long time with no luck.
Only able to import some simple blog templates.

Hi, I meant the Elementor page builder plugin.
I cannot import any premium site template with any page builder plugin nor Crypto template.
Only blogging templates can import.
You can see the steps:
Nothing happens after that.
Am using the latest versions of your plugin.

can you go to Dashboard > Tools > Info >>> Server and provide a screenshot of that so we can see the server setup. As it may be related to the memory allocations and max upload sizes that would stop the more 'complex' sites from loading.

You will need to speak to your host about increasing those values.
The ones that i would address is:
PHP max input variables > 3000
PHP time limit > 120
Max input time > 120
Upload max filesize > 256M
PHP post max size > 256M
Those values are probably larger than required, but i use them as my defaults.
