Theme Customizer leads to "Aw snap" error in Chrome

Nothing seems to work on the customizer.php page. Please advise. This is on a brand new install, running Local on mac.

You may have to debug the local site to check for any errors within WordPress:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
As for configuring "Local", you'll have to refer to their documentation or contact their support for any issues their software may have.
