Theme Customization Options not showing on Screen

The Theme Customize Options not showing on my Screen. It is as if the window extened off of the screen but it does not. This only began happening recently and I have not found any issues with caching or other plugins that might be causing this. I have a second site that also uses Generatepress Premium and all of the same plugins but am not having an issue with it. Any ideas?

We haven’t had this report from others and both the free theme and premium plugin haven’t been updated for awhile.
Can you first try disabling all plugins to eliminate any conflicts?
Any custom functions?
What if you try browser incognito mode to eliminate any browser extension conflicts?
Can you show a screenshot of what you are seeing? You can use a service like this:

I installed the Generatepress Child Theme and the issue seems to have gone away. Thanks
Hmm child theme shouldn't have helped as it just grabs the files from the parent theme.
Let me know if you want to further debug this in the future :)
