theme cannot update

i cannot update the theme, i have pasted license key and saved too.

pls help, see the link below

Hi there,

Activating the license key allows the premium plugin to be updated automatically.

Are you having trouble updating the premium plugin or the free theme?

Are you seeing any errors?

no error it just does not work, there is message updates available, but when i click it, it does not work

Hmm usually when it doesn't work, there is an error message.

If you are sure there isn't, can you share the dashboard access with us?
