The viewbility of the ads drop since using this theme

The theme is pretty good, but something werid has happen since started using this theme.
My ads on the top and first one on the right sidebar are in the upfold area, the viewbility usually about 80% in my prevous theme. But after using this theme, even I placed them in the same position both desktop and mobile, the viewbility is only 40%. My advertisers and I cant figure why. Hope you can share some insights.

I'm not really sure what you mean. Wouldn't ad viewability be dependant on your site design/ad placement?
The theme itself is just a foundation - how you design it/place your ads is up to you.
