The slug are not working

Hello i am having problem with the slug.
My website is https://sharkopciones.com
If you can see the blog is https://sharkopciones.com/new-blog
I have to add the word new because the original slug /blog doesnt work (it works but do not show me elementor template).
The other slug problem is with the page https://sharkopciones.com/formaciones
It should say formacion only but when i change it to that, it appear the blog content and the real content from elementor dissapear.
What would be this?

The theme itself doesn't control the URL structure.
Have you checked with your hosting support or Elementor first?

Yes, i already talked to them, but they told me that is not an elementor problem.
I do not know what to do.
Any idea?
It's not a GP problem either.
I can see the /blog URL working as the normal posts page.
Perhaps you need to remove that page first so you can use Elementor?
Might be worth checking with their support for more explanation on how to use their software for the posts page.
