The shop page cannot insert any block

Hi, please help, I have created a shop / catalog page here: http://silt.kikawork.cz/produkty/ and I can't insert any other block there. I would like a list of categories, but not as a sidebar, but above a list of products.
Resp. I inserted a block in the page edit, but it won't appear online.

Hi there,
the Shop page is not a standard page.
Whatever page you set as the Shop Page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products is replaced with a woocommerce archive template. Which is why you do not see the changes.
What you can do is NOT set a Shop Page, then you can construct it however you want and use the Woocommerce Shortcodes to display your list of products:
