Good morning
After clearing the cache and a save, you can no longer see the logo on the page.
I see ALT and if I click on info image, it finds the crop image, but it is not displayed.
I don't understand what could be the cause..

I noticed one thing ...
when I load an image it creates a second "Cropped" image in the media ... which it has never done ...
I add that nothing of the theme and plugins has been updated.

Further detail ...
only the images that I upload from look/customize create a second, third, ... "cropped" image !!!

Suggestions.
Thanks

Hi there,

can you remove the Retina image in the Customizer > Site Identity.
If there is no image being displayed there, add an image, publish the changes and then delete the image and publish again.

Thank you very much it works

You're welcome

Hey David, or any other kind Customer Support,

I have the same issue.

My logo is gone.

It was working fine. But after I added the Polylang plugin it's gone...

And I can't seem to make it back to work.

Even after reading most questions and replies, here on the forum.

I have it on the Site Identity but it doesn't show up on the website.

If you want to pick into my sites, it's the jfaadvogados.com.

How can I solve this?

Cheers.

Hi there,

which version of the GP Theme and GP Premium are you using ?

Hey David,

GP Premium: Version 2.0.2
GP Theme: Version: 3.0.3

I think this is the information you're looking for, is it not?

Thats correct :) So in Customizer > Site Identity - is there a logo added there ? Or is that inaccessible?

The logo is there. And it was working fine yesterday.
I've deleted the logo. Added different ones to test.
Nothing seems to work.
I even added the logo through the Header element but not even that way.
I've cleared the cache.
But I am still missing something...
