the line above the menu items appears now on different places on my homepage

The line above the menu items of my website appears now in several different places on the home page. Only on the home page. Do you have any idea what's going on. I recently installed the COMPLIANZ plugin, I don't know if it appeared just then or after ... But complianz had added a menu item to me to access certain informations. I have deleted this new menu item later as it is already present at the bottom of the page.

those additional menu items that have the line have a URL to the main home page, remove the URL and just add #
WOW ! You're really great !!! It was happening only on the homepage, and it happened only after i installed complianz, so i didn't get it ...
