[Support request] The alt atributte does not appear in my images when the mouse is set over

I dont know why the title and the alt atributte does not appear any more in my images even though the last week it worked perfectly.

I didnt install any new plug so i don´t know why it doiesnt appear any more.

Can you help me please?
