Just an FYI, working on a project with one of the best SEO's in real estate in the country, I mentioned that I had found a really lightweight framework ( working on speed for the sites ) and he agreed that yours one of two that he felt could come close to matching some of the single pages non-WordPress sites.

I've been working on getting rid of all the visual editors on the non-money pages and tweaking parts of your framework to combine, inline both CSS and Javascript below the fold - oh no won't validate (-;

With all your hooks and filters it is such a joy - also working on bringing in a lightweight uikit with no jquery dependencies via custom plugins.
