Hello,
I couldnt find the right option in wordpress or documentation. I wonder which option the customer here used in Generatepress to create those text with big image site to site next to each other, first text image, then image text and so on: http://ehud.s178.upress.link/
Or is it not a feature but customized css?

no its not a feature of the Customizer. The customizer is for styling the theme.
You would need to create that content within the page editor. In the example link you provided, that was built using Elementor.
