Text Editor Issues (Not able to find hover link color selection anymore)

I am not able to change the color for a link on my footer section. Not sure why or what happened?
I can change my font color, but there is just a grey blank section under the typography. There is no longer any place to change the text color when hovering over the text.
My website is in the maintenance mode at this time.

Not quite sure if I understand. Are you referring to WordPress' text editor?
Are you able to show me a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Being a non-techy it was hard to describe what the issue was, but I was able to figure it out.
The editing needed to be done in the column section not in the text editor section. It was there that I was able to make the color changes with the link color and the link hover color.
The problem was with me, not Elementor.
