text doesn't fit on mobile

On Mobile devices, the images and text of some posts are clipped. What can I do to fix this?
See the website URL for an example. The AMP pages works fine on mobile (adding /amp to the end).

is this on any particular device or browser? I am not seeing the issue on iPhone 7 / chrome or safari. Also not showing on the responsive testing. Can you elaborate? Thanks :)
I figured it out. I was using "the_content" filter to add some tags and one of the tags was:
<span class="wpsp-read-more">...</span>
This was resulting in the clipped content.
