Is it possible to create a textbox with generate blocks (a box where I can add text with links that has a border)? If yes, how can I do it? It would be nice to have it as a reclaiming box?

Update: I could find out how to make a box with a border, but if I want to add an individual text in the article I want to use it, the text doesn't show up. What I'm doing wrong?
