Tengo problemas para cuadrar las páginas post etc

Como puedo maquetear las páginas me parece que se llaman así. Para que se vean bien en el front-end por que si les bajo mucho la cabecera luego escribes y se ve muy muy abajo. Con un link de como maquetearlas me valdría gracias
