Template Library Block: I can't find it.

Hi there,
as described on https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/template-library-overview/ I try to add a new block and would like to access the library blocks but I don't see them.
I try to follow this: "In the “GenerateBlocks” category, choose the “Template Library” block."
I see GenerateBlocks with Raster (= Grid), Container, Buttons, überschrift (= Heading) but I don't see “Template Library”

Sorry for being blind.
I have GP Premium 2.0.2 installed and everything ist updated. Installed Language is "German formal" and the website runs in http as a development subdomain.
