    Hi.

I’ve just installed the premium version and chose the Tasty skin. After loading I got a 504 error code. I cleared the cache and tried it again, but got the same error. Please help.

    Hi there,

Can you check with your hosting company to make sure everything is ok with your server?

504 errors suggest there might be something wrong.

If they can’t find anything, can you try the further debugging steps here?

    Let me know πŸ™‚

Thank you so much for the speedy reply.
Yes, I’ll open a ticket with them (siteground). The skins seems to have loaded. Is it supposed to deactivate the following modules (previously activated):
    – disable elements
    – elements
    – sections

Yup that should be normal as Tasty isn’t using those 3 modules.

You can just reactivate them if you need them though.

Let me know if you need more info πŸ™‚

Again thank you for the quick replies. I really appreciate it. Thus far the it looks like the skin’s been activated anyway (any my Google Mobile Speeds are finally up ..yay). Do you think the error could have been a fluke?

There is very little we can tell from the 3 digit code itself, unfortunately.

Best to wait and see what Siteground says πŸ™‚
