Hi, ive set custom background for the stick background. all good.

i would like to know how to style the main menu when its sticky for main menu, sub menus, etc

the class i thought will work :
.is_stuck .main-navigation .main-nav ul li > a {color: #444; }

Set your static nav colors in Header Element > Site Header > Nav colors.
Then change the Customizer > Colors > Primary navigaiton – these will be used by the Sticky nav.
