Tag line below logo, in line with secondary menu

Hi,
First thanks for your great theme with so much options.
I've got a question about the tagline, is it possible to get it below my logo, at the same line as the secondary navigation?
I already tried this solution:

But then the tag-line appears between the primary and the secondary navigation and there get space I don't want there to be.
I think I need a textbox with a float left in de secondary menu, is that possible?

Is this also possible for my new mobile header?
I dragged the site-description to the right box and the site-description showed quite well (see: https://www.kafea.nl/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/Schermafbeelding-2018-10-22-om-22.23.58.png)
I can style and move it up a bit later with CSS right?

That might be a bit tougher.
Have you considered adding the text to the logo itself?
