System fonts not the same

I'm noticing that I cannot choose Times New Roman (or load it) in one of my GP sites in the customizer panel but that font is in a more recent GP site I just built.
Why is that? Do I need to load something.
Also both sites have the same version of GP Premium plugin 2.1.2 and same updated theme but customizer panels are different.

Are you using GP's dynamic typography system?

If so, you should be able to add the Times new roman font to font manager.
