Switch completely from one theme to GP

I want to switch completely from one theme (https://affiliatetheme.io/) to GP.
The problem are the many custom post types and custom fields generated with ACF. I have 98 products in this category. The rest are only posts and pages.
Is there a simple workaround that you can recommend to save the 98 products?
