Suggestion: Add option "sub-pages" to element display rules

Hi Tom,

small suggestion, would be great if you could add the option to select a page AND all sub-pages thereof for the element display rules, probably a checkbox. Both for "Location" and "exclude", and up the full tree, e.g. "ultimate parent".

When styling different sections of the site with custom footers/headers this would come handy, instead of having to select them manually. Guess also fast(er) in the backend to do a query for page and/or ancestors instead of individual pages. Using as filter for other stuff, but often adding an element is just faster,
