Sudden Page Change

Hi,
My page has suddenly changed - on settings I have two columns, it always showed two columns for this section before, but I've just noticed it now currently shows one. I've purged the cache, but it's not made a difference. What should I do to get it showing how it's set up please?

Try clear your browser cache or use an incognito window to test :)
Sorry Ying, I should have thought about checking in incognito mode, my apologies. I will always do that before raising it when something like this happens again. Thanks for your help anyhow!
