Styling quote rotator

Hi,
I have used a shortcode on my homepage to show a quote rotator.
There are some changes I want to make, but I don't know how:
I want to ajust the colour of the background of the quotes
I want to add pictures of the people who quoted
I want to center the quotes
Is this possible with this plugin or should I install another one?

you would require a different plugin - not sure but maybe a testimonial carousel would be of use eg.
