Styling divs in header element for mobile

Hi everyone,
I am using gp premium and toolset to make a website for the first time instead of elementor.
I am struggling to get the right css for the merged header. There are 2 divs with a toolset search form in one and text in the other.
I can't figure out how to make them responsive properly or remove the padding gaps in mobile so they stack nicely..
Any help would be much appreciated. Its on localhost so can't provide a link

This kind of question is really tough to answer without seeing the site live.
But sounds like you need write mobile specific CSS using media query as suggested here:

If this doesn't help, any chance you can put it up on a live server so we can see the issue?
