But it looks like you have GP Premium installed correctly so shouldn't be required.

For the second issue - clear and disable your autoptimize cache, check the settings after clearing your browser cache.

I did clear and disable autoptimize plugin but nothing has changed. Can you help me?

Looks like you might have this CSS added somewhere?

Autopmitize is still activated so I can't quite tell.
