Strange left-aligned image spacing issue

Ill take a look - its a tricky one as there are a lot of sites in the wild and it could mess them up.
It also stems from WP changing the Block Image HTML markup after the first couple of WP Gutenberg editor releases... they added the extra <div> and moved the class up a level.... always fun when they make those kinda changes lol
