Please open the link (in the website URL field) and click “Read more” button. The actual blog post will open but not from the beginning. What could be the reason for this? I don’t see the same issue in the demo website November 28, 2018 at 10:55 pm #743445 LeoStaff Customer Support Hi there, Are you using the more tag? If so this should help: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/generate_more_jump/ November 28, 2018 at 10:58 pm #743446 Elia Hi Leo, Sorry I don’t know. I just imported the demo and that’s it. Can you have a look at my website? And please let me know whether I need to do anything or not. November 28, 2018 at 11:10 pm #743450 LeoStaff Customer Support Do you see this in the articles themselves? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-more-tag/ November 29, 2018 at 5:43 am #743671 Elia yes, but it’s almost in the beginning as it suppose to be. Not where I go after the click November 29, 2018 at 7:06 am #743842 DavidStaff Customer Support Hi there, can you try #1 here: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/ November 29, 2018 at 6:42 pm #744350 Elia Hi, David, This does not resolve this situation. But I think I get it now. So the intentional behaviour is when you click “read more” you see only the page after the “more” tag? This is not happening in the demo on your website. When you click “Read more” you go to the beginning of the page. Please clarify what is the idea behind this? And what is suppose to happen? Because it’s confusing for me November 29, 2018 at 8:17 pm #744375 LeoStaff Customer Support This should only happen if you are using the more tag as I mentioned above. What happens if you add the snippet here? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/generate_more_jump/#usage February 3, 2019 at 11:04 pm #800644 Elia Sorry it was a problem on our end February 4, 2019 at 8:58 am #801152 LeoStaff Customer Support Glad you figured out!
