Strange issue with animation for off canvas in Chrome iOS

Hello, I have noticed a strange issue where on chrome for iOS if you click on the hamburger menu, rather than sliding out the (off-canvas) menu, it just appears. Have you seen this before? I thought it was a bug in Chrome as FF and Safari work fine, but I updated the latest version and still, I see this issue. Interestingly, I noticed the same issue on Generatepress.com!
Note: this used to work fine in Chrome as well and is only recently I have noticed this. Chrome desktop works fine.
I would appreciate it if you had any thoughts on it?

Hi Sam,
I tested both your site and GP site on my iPhone with Chrome, and both worked fine.
Can you try restarting your chrome app and try again in incognito mode?

It's so weird, I reloaded Chrome (I did already try this), if I go straight to incognito to generatepress or our site it works. Soon as you go to another tab it messes it up. Got to be a Chrome bug right?

Let me know if you can replicate it. My Chrome iOS version is 91.0.4472.80
I updated my chrome to the same version of yours, still can't replicate it.
I noticed you have 70 tabs open in chrome, could you try to close all of them and clear the browser cache as well?
