stopping back to top button below top

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to get the code to work that prevents the "back-to-top" button from scrolling all the way to the top, as explained here:

I've copied the code in my snippits and it is active.

Only the back-to-top button scrolls all the way to the top.

What am I doing wrong?
